Geoff was admitted to the bar in 1983 and, since 1992, has been a barrister sole specialising in family law.  He specialises in relationship property agreements, consent orders and issues surrounding family trusts following a separation.  In the 1990's he was, for a period, a member of the Auckland District Law Society Family Law Subcommittee.  Geoff is a contributing writer for Fisher on Matrimonial Property (3^rd ed) and the father of two daughters.  He also has considerable experience in parenting issues involving children, having been on the Lawyer for Child approved list, with Family Courts throughout the Auckland area, since 1986.
